Payment Arrangements Please use the follwing form to submit your late payment arrangement request. Once you submit your request you will receive an e-mail for your records. If your arrangement request is accepted, the deadline for payment of your August 1st Craw-Kan bill will be extended to 4:00 pm Tuesday September 7, 2010. Failure to meet this deadline will result in disconnection, and service will not be restored until payment is received.
